These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through FUTURW ATH.
FUTURW ATH is an independent design and apparel brand based in London, United Kingdom.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "we", "our" and "us" refer to FUTURW ATH, and "Customer" refers to the purchaser of our products.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
All products displayed on our website are invitations to purchase and do not constitute a binding offer.
By placing an order through our website, the Customer submits an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when we confirm that production has commenced or when goods have been dispatched.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many FUTURW ATH products are handmade and produced on a made-to-order basis.
Customers may cancel their order within 72 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.
Production generally begins after the 72-hour review period.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded except where required by law.
Customised and personalised products are subject to additional restrictions as described in our Made-to-Order Policy.
PRICING
All prices displayed on the website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include UK VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are charged separately and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to order acceptance.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch.
We accept payment through approved payment providers displayed on our website.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all payment information supplied is accurate and authorised.
DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched from London, United Kingdom.
In-stock products are generally dispatched within 1–5 business days.
Made-to-order products typically require approximately 3–5 weeks of production before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, public holidays or events beyond our reasonable control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive aInternational customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes or fees imposed by their local authorities.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, placement, finish and detailing may occur.
Product photography is intended for illustration purposes only.
Minor variations shall not constitute defects.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content displayed on the FUTURW ATH website, including but not limited to photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, artwork, text, videos and branding materials, remains the exclusive property of FUTURW ATH unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed or used without prior written consent.
LIABILITY
Our products are designed to improve visibility and road awareness.
They are not a substitute for safe riding practices, protective equipment, bicycle lighting or compliance with local laws and regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUTURW ATH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds, cancellations and returns are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Made-to-Order Policy.
Customers should review these policies before placing an order.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
