Made to order Policy
Each vest is individually handmade and produced to order in London.
Order Review Period
Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund within 72 hours of placing their order.
Production begins after the 72-hour review period. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
Custom Message Orders
For personalised or custom-message vests, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted text before production begins.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Production Time
Production typically begins approximately 3 days after purchase.
Estimated production time is 3–5 weeks depending on order volume and material availability.
Shipping
Orders will be dispatched immediately upon completion.
